Mysterious Road: Dokebi Road Dokebi Road also called Mysterious or Ghost Road in Jeju where cars roll uphill with the engine turned off. Notice the water mark on the road at the right. This is an illusion. Due to the lack of a true horizon, subconsciously our judgement of a slope is misled by the false horizon in that area. This is not unique to Jeju alone but the Koreans have done a great job travel marketing this Mysterious Road or Ghost Road into a tourist spot.

Korea Autumn – 21th-28th SEPT 2008 (Highlight) DAY 1 Singapore – Incheon This is my first trip in 2008 after visit India in 2007. Anywhere, We assemble at Singapore Changi Airport at 8:30 pm for our flight (Asiana Airline) to Seoul. Seoul is the capital of Korea, the country also known as the ‘Land of Modern Miracles and Ancient Traditions’.
